अर्कज्वलनतेजोभिर्वज्राशनिसमप्रभैः ।
अद्रिसारमयैश्चान्यैर्बाणैररिविदारणैः ।
न्यहनं दानवान्सर्वान्मुहूर्तेनैव भारत ॥४९॥

adrisāramayaiścānyairbāṇairarividāraṇaiḥ ,
nyahanaṁ dānavānsarvānmuhūrtenaiva bhārata.

bāṇaiḥ arividāraṇaiḥ nyahanam
dānavān sarvān muhūrtena eva bhārata
49. O Bhārata, I slew all the Dānavas (demons) in just a moment with arrows—other arrows—that possessed the brilliance of the sun and fire, shone like thunderbolts and lightning, were made of adamantine strength, and were capable of tearing apart enemies.
