क्षणेनाहन्स बलवान्येऽस्य दृष्टिपथे स्थिताः ।
तेषां शरीरावयवैः शरीरैश्च विशां पते ।
न्यग्रोधमण्डलं सर्वं संछन्नं सर्वतोऽभवत् ॥४१॥

41. kṣaṇenāhansa balavānye'sya dṛṣṭipathe sthitāḥ ,
teṣāṁ śarīrāvayavaiḥ śarīraiśca viśāṁ pate ,
nyagrodhamaṇḍalaṁ sarvaṁ saṁchannaṁ sarvato'bhavat.

41. क्षणेन अहन् सः बलवान् ये अस्य
दृष्टिपथे स्थिताः तेषाम् शरीरावयवैः
शरीरैः च विशाम् पते न्यग्रोधमण्डलम्
सर्वम् संछन्नम् सर्वतः अभवत्

41. विशाम् पते सः बलवान् ये अस्य दृष्टिपथे
स्थिताः [तान्] क्षणेन अहन्
तेषाम् शरीरावयवैः च शरीरैः न्यग्रोधमण्डलम्
सर्वम् सर्वतः संछन्नम् अभवत्

41. O Lord of men, that powerful bird instantly killed all those (crows) who were within his sight. With their body parts and their bodies, the entire circular area around the banyan tree became completely covered.
