महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-10, chapter-1, verse-27

रात्रिंचराणां सत्त्वानां निनादोऽभूत्सुदारुणः ।
क्रव्यादाश्च प्रमुदिता घोरा प्राप्ता च शर्वरी ॥२७॥
27. rātriṁcarāṇāṁ sattvānāṁ ninādo'bhūtsudāruṇaḥ ,
kravyādāśca pramuditā ghorā prāptā ca śarvarī.
