महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-10, chapter-1, verse-30

निद्रया च परीताङ्गा निषेदुर्धरणीतले ।
श्रमेण सुदृढं युक्ता विक्षता विविधैः शरैः ॥३०॥
30. nidrayā ca parītāṅgā niṣedurdharaṇītale ,
śrameṇa sudṛḍhaṁ yuktā vikṣatā vividhaiḥ śaraiḥ.
