विचरत्येष लोकेषु जीव एव जगत्स्थितौ ।
विलसत्येव भोगेषु प्रस्फुरत्येव वस्तुषु ॥ २१ ॥

21. This (Self) moves about in the worlds, indeed as the very individual soul in the world's existence. It truly shines forth in all experiences and indeed pulsates in all objects.
