अनाक्रुष्टोऽप्यनाहूतः स्वदेहादेव लभ्यते ।
मनागेवोपहूतोऽपि क्षणाद्भवति सन्मुखः ॥ १२ ॥

Even if neither summoned nor called, the Self (ātman) is attained from one's own body (sva-deha) alone. Yet, even if only slightly invoked, it immediately becomes manifest.
