तन्तुवेधनमात्रेण हतोऽन्य इति तोषिता ।
दुर्जनो येन तेनैव नाशितेनैति हृष्टताम् ॥ ८२ ॥

82. She (the needle) is satisfied merely by piercing a thread, thinking, 'Another is struck!' Similarly, a wicked person attains delight through the very destruction that he causes.
