कस्यचिद्विवशाङ्गस्य क्षीणस्य विपुलस्य च ।
प्रविश्यान्तर्वातसूचिर्भवत्यतिविषूचिका ॥ ३४ ॥

34. Having entered into someone—whether their limbs are debilitated, or one who is emaciated, or even one who is stout—an internal needle-like wind (vātasūci) manifests as extreme cholera (ativiṣūcikā).
