46. While a male person, with the side of his thumb, bears the condition of having mouth-corners and nails full of blood from a multitude of seized human lice, the female traveler (yāyinī) (is present) in every place that has been traversed.

46. כשכנף האגודל שצדה כינים ואגרה את דמם של בני אדם מוליכה אותה, היא נעה ועברה לכל עבר.
