मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
तं दृष्ट्वा साऽन्तरिक्षस्थं दिव्यस्रगनुलेपनम् ।
देवदूतमुवाचेदं राजपुत्री ततो मृदु ॥५९॥

59. mārkaṇḍeya uvāca .
taṃ dṛṣṭvā sā'ntarikṣasthaṃ divyasraganulepanam .
devadūtamuvācedaṃ rājaputrī tato mṛdu.

Mārkaṇḍeya said: Then, the princess, having seen him (the celestial messenger) who was in the sky and adorned with divine garlands and unguents, softly said this to him.
