मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-121, verse-14

प्रसह्यकारिणो यान्ति राजानो धर्मशालिनः ।
तदलं दौर्मनस्येन श्लाघ्यमेवास्य बन्धनम् ॥१४॥
14. prasahyakāriṇo yānti rājāno dharmaśālinaḥ .
tadalaṃ daurmanasyena ślāghyamevāsya bandhanam.

14. Kings who act forcefully are (also) endowed with (natural law/dharma). Therefore, enough of dejection! His capture is indeed praiseworthy.
