मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-121, verse-45

निवर्त्यतां मनः पुत्रि एतस्माच्च प्रयोजनात् ।
अन्यं वरय भर्त्तारं सन्त्यनेके नृपात्मजाः ॥४५॥
45. nivartyatāṃ manaḥ putri etasmācca prayojanāt .
anyaṃ varaya bharttāraṃ santyaneke nṛpātmajāḥ.
45. nivartyatām manaḥ putri etasmāt ca prayojanāt |
anyam varaya bharttāram santi aneke nṛpātmajāḥ
45. "O daughter, turn your mind away from this purpose. Choose another husband, for there are many other sons of kings."
