महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-66, verse-37

साश्वं तु कर्णं सरथं किरीटी समाचिनोद्भारत वत्सदन्तैः ।
प्रच्छादयामास दिशश्च बाणैः सर्वप्रयत्नात्तपनीयपुङ्खैः ॥३७॥
37. sāśvaṁ tu karṇaṁ sarathaṁ kirīṭī; samācinodbhārata vatsadantaiḥ ,
pracchādayāmāsa diśaśca bāṇaiḥ; sarvaprayatnāttapanīyapuṅkhaiḥ.
