(Karna's weapon,) obtained from Rama (Paraśurāma), possessing great power, Atharvanic (magical) in nature, and destructive to enemies, destroyed that weapon (astra) of Arjuna. It then struck Arjuna (Pārtha), who was burning, with sharp arrows.
