महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-21, verse-66

ततो गत्वाथ तद्वेश्म कीचकं विनिपातितम् ।
गतासुं ददृशुर्भूमौ रुधिरेण समुक्षितम् ॥६६॥
66. tato gatvātha tadveśma kīcakaṁ vinipātitam ,
gatāsuṁ dadṛśurbhūmau rudhireṇa samukṣitam.
66. tataḥ gatvā atha tat veśma kīcakam vinipātitam
gatāsum dadṛśuḥ bhūmau rudhireṇa samukṣitam
66. Then, having gone to that house, they saw Kicaka, who had been killed and was lying lifeless on the ground, soaked in blood.
