महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-21, verse-17

तमिस्रे तत्र गच्छेथा गन्धर्वास्तन्न जानते ।
तत्र दोषः परिहृतो भविष्यति न संशयः ॥१७॥
17. tamisre tatra gacchethā gandharvāstanna jānate ,
tatra doṣaḥ parihṛto bhaviṣyati na saṁśayaḥ.

17. You should go there in the darkness; the Gandharvas will not know that. In that case, the danger will undoubtedly be averted.
