महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-330, verse-3

इडोपहूतयोगेन हरे भागं क्रतुष्वहम् ।
वर्णश्च मे हरिश्रेष्ठस्तस्माद्धरिरहं स्मृतः ॥३॥
3. iḍopahūtayogena hare bhāgaṁ kratuṣvaham ,
varṇaśca me hariśreṣṭhastasmāddharirahaṁ smṛtaḥ.
3. iḍā upahūta yogena hare bhāgam kratuṣu aham |

3. I take a portion (bhāga) in the Vedic rituals (kratu) by means of the invoked connection (yoga) with Iḍā. Furthermore, my divine hue (varṇa) is the most excellent 'Hari', and for that reason, I am remembered as Hari.
