योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-51, verse-28

संनिवेशविकारादिदेशकालादिसंभवात् ।
संभवत्यत्र नत्वीशे देशकालाद्यसंभवात् ॥ २८ ॥
saṃniveśavikārādideśakālādisaṃbhavāt ,
saṃbhavatyatra natvīśe deśakālādyasaṃbhavāt 28

saṃbhavati atra na tu īśe deśakālādi asaṃbhavāt

28. In this [world], phenomena such as arrangement and modification arise because of the existence of space, time, and other such factors. However, this does not occur in the Lord (Īśa), as space, time, and similar elements are non-existent for Him.
