मरिचस्येव यत्तैक्ष्ण्यं शून्यत्वमिव खस्य यत् ।

24. Just as there is the sharpness of pepper, and the emptiness of space, so too, the very perception (vedana) of the self (ātman) appears to exist as if it were something distinct.
