योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-25, verse-56

विचार्य बहिरन्तर्वा न भूयः परिशोच्यते ।
अपानभक्षणपरे प्राणे हृदि तथा बहिः ॥ ५६ ॥
