सोदयास्तमयं यत्नात्प्राणार्कमवलोकयेत् ।
अपानेन्दुः प्रयात्यस्तं यत्र हृत्पद्मकोटरे ॥ ४६ ॥

46. One should diligently observe the prāṇa-sun (prāṇārka) with its rising and setting. The apāna-moon (apānendu) goes to set exactly there, in the cavity of the heart-lotus (hṛt-padma-koṭare).
