cet eṣā dṛṣṭiḥ prekṣyate,
tat bandhanam na āpyate prāṇāpānānusaraṇaprāptabodhavatām [idam] alam [asti]

If this insight (dṛṣṭi) is perceived, then bondage is not experienced. This is certainly sufficient for those who have attained realization through the continuous awareness of prāṇa and apāna.
