योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-25, verse-22

एते निरोधमायान्ति प्रकृत्याऽतिचलानिलाः ।
यत्करोति यदश्नाति बुद्ध्यैवालमनुस्मरन् ॥ २२ ॥

ete nirodhamāyānti prakṛtyā'ticalānilāḥ ,
yatkaroti yadaśnāti buddhyaivālamanusmaran 22

22. ete nirodham āyānti prakṛtyā ati-cala-anilāḥ
yat karoti yat aśnāti buddhyā eva alam anusmaran

22. ete ati-cala-anilāḥ prakṛtyā nirodham āyānti
yat karoti yat aśnāti buddhyā eva alam anusmaran

22. These extremely restless vital airs, by their very nature (prakṛti), attain cessation. Whatever one does or eats, one should sufficiently contemplate with the intellect.
