मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-7, verse-44

विश्वामित्र उवाच ।
गच्छ गच्छ नृपश्रेष्ठ स्वधर्ममनुपालय ।
शिवश्च तेऽध्वा भवतु मा सन्तु परिपन्थिनः ॥४४॥
44. viśvāmitra uvāca .
gaccha gaccha nṛpaśreṣṭha svadharmamanupālaya .
śivaśca te'dhvā bhavatu mā santu paripanthinaḥ.
44. viśvāmitraḥ uvāca gaccha gaccha nṛpaśreṣṭha svadharmam
anupālaya śivaḥ ca te adhvā bhavatu mā santu paripanthinaḥ
44. Viśvāmitra said: "Go, go, O best among kings, and protect your own duty (svadharma). May your path be auspicious, and may there be no obstacles."
