तस्माद् ग्रहर्क्षपीडासु देशपीडां विनिर्दिशेत् ॥८०॥

And similarly, the zodiac signs are located in the constellations and in the planetary signs. Therefore, when there are afflictions of planets and constellations, one should predict distress for the regions.
