अल्पोपकाराय नृणां देशज्ञैश्चात्मनो बुधैः ॥५९॥

59.
Similarly, an auspicious outcome (pāka), even when due to unfavorably placed planets (grahas), is of little benefit to people. Likewise, [this outcome is of little benefit] to those wise ones (budhaiḥ) who are knowledgeable of the region and themselves.
