भयं लोकस्य भवति शोभनं वा द्विजोत्तम ॥५७॥

O best among the twice-born, each event, whether it is a general condition of the country or caused by constellations (nakṣatras) and planets (grahas), becomes either fear or auspiciousness for the people.
