यदेतत् कूर्मसंस्थानं नक्षत्रेषु मयोदितम् ।
एतत् तु देशसामान्यमशुभं शुभमेव च ॥६४॥

That which has been declared by me as this tortoise-like arrangement among the constellations (nakṣatra) — this, indeed, is common to various regions, bringing forth both inauspicious and auspicious (events).
