मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-58, verse-22

सर्वाश्चैव तथाभीरा वेण्यास्तीरनिवासिनः ।
अवन्तयो दासपुरास्तथैवाकणिनो जनाः ॥२२॥
22. sarvāścaiva tathābhīrā veṇyāstīranivāsinaḥ .
avantayo dāsapurāstathaivākaṇino janāḥ.
22. sarvāḥ ca eva tathā abhīrāḥ veṇyāḥ tīranivāsinaḥ
avantayaḥ dāṣapurāḥ tathā eva akaṇinaḥ janāḥ
22. And all those Abhīras, as well as the residents on the banks of the Veṇī, the Avantis, the Dāṣapuras, and also the Akaṇina people.
