मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-58, verse-49

काश्मीरकं तथा राष्ट्रमभिसारजनस्तथा ।
दवदास्त्वङ्गनाश्चैव कुलटा वनराष्ट्रकाः ॥४९॥
49. kāśmīrakaṃ tathā rāṣṭramabhisārajanastathā .
davadāstvaṅganāścaiva kulaṭā vanarāṣṭrakāḥ.

davadāḥ tu aṅganāḥ ca eva kulaṭā vanarāṣṭrakāḥ
49. The Kashmirian people and the Rāṣṭras, as well as the Abhisara people; and the Davadas, the Anganas, the Kulaṭas, and the Vanarāṣṭrakas.
