मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-58, verse-71

अद्रोहः सर्वभूतेषु मैत्रीं कुर्याच्च पण्डितः ।
वर्जयेदसतीं वाचमतिवादांस्तथैव च ॥७१॥
71. adrohaḥ sarvabhūteṣu maitrīṃ kuryācca paṇḍitaḥ .

71. A wise person (paṇḍita) should cultivate non-harming and friendship towards all beings. And similarly, one should avoid improper speech and abusive words.
