यथा तोयार्थिनस्तोयं यन्त्रनालादिभिः शनैः ॥४३॥

Indeed, by which method diseases and other imperfections do not arise for the practitioner of yoga (yogin). Just as a person desiring water slowly draws it using devices, pipes, and similar means,
