मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-39, verse-34

सदात्मरतिरेकस्थः वश्यत्यात्मानमात्मनि ।
स बाह्याभ्यन्तरं शौचं निष्पाद्याकण्ठनाभितः ॥३४॥
34. sadātmaratirekasthaḥ vaśyatyātmānamātmani .
sa bāhyābhyantaraṃ śaucaṃ niṣpādyākaṇṭhanābhitaḥ.
34. sadā ātmaratiḥ ekasthaḥ vaśyati ātmānam ātmani saḥ
