मनुर्वैवस्वतो ज्येष्ठः श्राद्धदेवः प्रजापतिः ।
ततो यमो यमी चैव यमलौ सम्बभूवतुः ॥४॥

4. manurvaivasvato jyeṣṭhaḥ śrāddhadevaḥ prajāpatiḥ .

Vaivasvata Manu, who was the eldest, Śrāddhadeva, and a lord of creation (prajāpati), was born. Then Yama and Yamī, a twin pair, were indeed born.
