मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-103, verse-28

सर्वेषामेव शापानां प्रतिघातो हि विद्यते ।
न तु मात्राभिशप्तानां क्वचिच्छापनिवर्तनम् ॥२८॥
28. sarveṣāmeva śāpānāṃ pratighāto hi vidyate .
na tu mātrābhiśaptānāṃ kvacicchāpanivartanam.
28. sarveṣām eva śāpānām pratighātaḥ hi vidyate
na tu mātrābhiśaptānām kvacit śāpanivartanam
28. Indeed, there is a remedy for all curses, but for those cursed by a mother, there is never any revocation of the curse.
