मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-103, verse-33

मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
सा तत्परिहरन्ती च नाचचक्षे विवस्वतः ।
स चात्मानं समाधाय युक्तस्तत्त्वमपश्यत ॥३३॥
33. mārkaṇḍeya uvāca .
sā tatpariharantī ca nācacakṣe vivasvataḥ .
sa cātmānaṃ samādhāya yuktastattvamapaśyata.
33. mārkaṇḍeya uvāca sā tat pariharantī ca na ācacakshe
vivasvataḥ saḥ ca ātmānam samādhāya yuktaḥ tattvam apaśyat
33. Mārkaṇḍeya said: "She, avoiding his question, did not confess anything to Vivasvat. But he, concentrating his mind (ātman) through yoga (yoga) practice, perceived the truth (tattva)."
