ततोऽभ्यधावत्समरे जिघांसुः कर्णात्मजं पाण्डुसुतो नृवीरः ।

28. Then, Pandu's heroic son, desiring to kill Karna's son, rushed forward in battle. In that great battle, Karna's son shattered his shield, which was marked with a thousand stars, with arrows.
