महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-62, verse-17

ततः क्रुद्धो वृषसेनोऽभ्यधावदातस्थिवांसं स्वरथं हतारिम् ।
वृकोदरं कालमिवात्तदण्डं गदाहस्तं पोथमानं त्वदीयान् ॥१७॥
17. tataḥ kruddho vṛṣaseno'bhyadhāva;dātasthivāṁsaṁ svarathaṁ hatārim ,
vṛkodaraṁ kālamivāttadaṇḍaṁ; gadāhastaṁ pothamānaṁ tvadīyān.

17. Then, the enraged Vṛṣasena rushed towards Vṛkodara (Bhīma), who stood upon his own chariot, having slain his enemies. Bhīma was like Death (Kāla) holding his rod, with a mace in his hand, crushing your warriors.
