महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-62, verse-19

ततो ध्वजं स्फाटिकचित्रकम्बुं चिच्छेद वीरो नकुलः क्षुरेण ।
कर्णात्मजस्येष्वसनं च चित्रं भल्लेन जाम्बूनदपट्टनद्धम् ॥१९॥

karṇātmajasyeṣvasanaṁ ca citraṁ; bhallena jāmbūnadapaṭṭanaddham.

19. Then, the heroic Nakula severed Karna's son's banner, which bore a crystal-painted conch shell, with a razor-sharp arrow. And he also cut his beautiful bow, which was bound with golden strips, with a bhalla arrow.
