महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-16, verse-61

जप्यहोमव्रतैः कृच्छ्रैर्नियमैर्देहपातनैः ।
तप्यतां या गतिर्देव वैराजे सा गतिर्भवान् ॥६१॥
61. japyahomavrataiḥ kṛcchrairniyamairdehapātanaiḥ ,
tapyatāṁ yā gatirdeva vairāje sā gatirbhavān.
