अनिच्छतस्तव विभो जन्ममृत्युरनेकतः ।

20. O all-pervading one (vibhu), birth and death manifest in numerous ways, even without your desire. You are the gateway to heavens and to liberation (mokṣa); You are the controller, and You also grant them.
