नास्ति शर्वसमो दाने नास्ति शर्वसमो रणे ।
नास्ति शर्वसमो देवो नास्ति शर्वसमा गतिः ॥११॥

11. namaskṛtvā tu sa prāha devadevāya suvrata ,
nāsti śarvasamo dāne nāsti śarvasamo raṇe ,
nāsti śarvasamo devo nāsti śarvasamā gatiḥ.

Having paid homage, he then said to the God of gods, 'O virtuous one, there is no one equal to Śarva in giving, nor is there anyone equal to Śarva in battle. There is no deity equal to Śarva, and no ultimate destination (gati) like Śarva.'
