महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-109, verse-37

पूर्णं वर्षसहस्रं तु ब्रह्मलोके महीयते ।
तत्क्षयादिह चागम्य माहात्म्यं प्रतिपद्यते ॥३७॥
37. pūrṇaṁ varṣasahasraṁ tu brahmaloke mahīyate ,
tatkṣayādiha cāgamya māhātmyaṁ pratipadyate.

37. tu pūrṇam varṣasahasram brahmaloke mahīyate.

37. Indeed, for a full thousand years he is honored in the world of Brahmā (brahmaloka). And after the exhaustion of that merit, having returned to this world, he attains great glory.
