लुब्धक उवाच ।
कारणं यदि न स्याद्वै न कर्ता स्यास्त्वमप्युत ।
विनाशे कारणं त्वं च तस्माद्वध्योऽसि मे मतः ॥३६॥

36. lubdhaka uvāca ,
kāraṇaṁ yadi na syādvai na kartā syāstvamapyuta ,
vināśe kāraṇaṁ tvaṁ ca tasmādvadhyo'si me mataḥ.

36. The hunter said: "If there were truly no cause, then you too would not be an agent (kartā). But you are indeed the cause of this destruction; therefore, it is my considered opinion that you are to be killed."
