इष्यतामसति त्वेतत्स्वात्मान्यत्वं किमिष्यते ॥ २ ॥

If something distinct from the (ātman) truly exists, then let it be desired here by one's will. But when this otherness from one's own self (ātman) is non-existent, why is it sought?
