योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-52, verse-22

हे चित्त वासनाजालं बन्धाय भवतोहितम् ।
स्वात्मनः सहजः फेनस्ततः कुकृमिणा यथा ॥ २२ ॥
