योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-9, verse-39

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
बहुकालमियं रूढा मिथ्याज्ञानविषूचिका ।
नूनं विचारमन्त्रेण निर्मूलमुपशाम्यति ॥ ३९ ॥

bahukālamiyaṃ rūḍhā mithyājñānaviṣūcikā ,
nūnaṃ vicāramantreṇa nirmūlamupaśāmyati 39

39. Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: This debilitating illness of false knowledge (mithyājñāna), which has been deeply rooted for a long time, will certainly subside completely through the potent remedy of inquiry (vicāra).
