योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-9, verse-16

सूर्यो भूत्वा प्रतपति विष्णुः पाति जगत्त्रयम् ।
रुद्रः सर्वान्संहरति सर्गान्सृजति पद्मजः ॥ १६ ॥
sūryo bhūtvā pratapati viṣṇuḥ pāti jagattrayam ,
rudraḥ sarvānsaṃharati sargānsṛjati padmajaḥ 16

16. The liberated one, having become the sun, shines forth intensely. As Vishnu, he protects the three worlds. As Rudra, he destroys all (creations), and as the lotus-born (Brahma), he creates the creations.
