मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-130, verse-42

इति सञ्चिन्त्य भूपालास्तथा यतत संयुगे ।
यथा निर्जित्य मामेतां पत्नीं कुरुत मानिनः ॥४२॥
42. iti sañcintya bhūpālāstathā yatata saṃyuge .
yathā nirjitya māmetāṃ patnīṃ kuruta māninaḥ.

42. Therefore, having reflected thus, O proud kings (māninaḥ)! Strive in battle so that, having conquered me, you may make this girl your wife.
