मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
इति ते निश्चयं कृत्वा त्रयः पार्थिवनन्दनाः ।
जगृहुस्तां सुचार्वङ्गीं दमपार्श्वानुवर्त्तिनीम् ॥१६॥

iti te niścayaṃ kṛtvā trayaḥ pārthivanandanāḥ .
jagṛhustāṃ sucārvaṅgīṃ damapārśvānuvarttinīm.

Markandeya said: Having thus made their decision, the three royal princes took that very beautiful woman who was attending to Dama.
